Melissa Smith BIC
Melissa was born and raised in Charlotte and moved to the Raleigh area in 1996. She worked as a real estate paralegal for several years until she got her real estate license in 2015. She lived in and worked the Triangle area until moving to Ocean Isle Beach. Her plans are to continue working the Triangle area in addition to Brunswick County. ?????
Melissa has 3 daughters. The oldest is married and lives in OIB. Melissa’s son in law was in the Army, now has his real estate license and will be working with her. She also has one daughter at N.C. State and the other attends Meredith College.
Melissa enjoys the challenges in real estate, and enjoys helping others. In her spare time, you will find Melissa enjoying the beautiful OIB coast and volunteering in the community. Melissa also does property management for several vacation properties in OIB as well their own rental property.
