Scott started real estate when most agents were leaving the field. He considered this to be the perfect time to benefit from low interest rates and historically low prices. He enthusiastically embraced being an owner of a small real estate company after 24 years working for corporate America.  
 

Being an owner meant that Scott could represent clients and be advocates for their needs. Scott say's clients want a real person and an advocate for their needs; not some made up persona! My clients trust my experience and my reputation. It is the only way we will do business in my company!
 

Scott leads his Real Estate firm by working with buyers, sellers and investors. In addition to representing others in Real Estate, he put his own money into real estate investments.

Scott resides on the north shores of Lake Norman with his family and their two dogs.

My true interest in Real Estate began with my love for Construction and Architecture. I studied Architecture in college and held previous employment with several commercial construction and roofing companies.  Through my experiences I have learned to  pride myself on providing excellent customer service. I will use my experience and knowledge in construction and bring my enthusiasm for making sure each and every client has over the top satisfaction in their transaction.
